Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Papa Jacks Smokin’ Hatch & Jalapeno Marinade
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat Oven/Air Fryer:
- For roasting: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- For air-frying: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
