Garlic Shrimp Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1-pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 large garlic cloves, crushed or minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade
    • Pat the shrimp dry and season with kosher salt and cayenne pepper.
    • Add Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade to the shrimp and toss to coat.
    • In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute or until fragrant.
    • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink (about 5 minutes total).
    • Remove the skillet from heat and add the parmesan cheese.  Toss to coat.
    • Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
