Ingredients
- 1-pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 large garlic cloves, crushed or minced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 2 Tbsp Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade

Pat the shrimp dry and season with kosher salt and cayenne pepper.

Add Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade to the shrimp and toss to coat.

In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink (about 5 minutes total).

Remove the skillet from heat and add the parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.

Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
