Chipotle Lime Corn Minis

**Ingredients:**

- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 tbsp Papa Jacks Steak & Chop

- 1 tbsp seasoned salt

- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder

- Zest and juice of 1 lime

- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

- Lime wedges, for serving

**Instructions:**

1. Heat your air fryer to medium-high.

2. Season the corn with the dry seasonings and toss in Papa Jacks Steak & Chop Marinade.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lime juice, zest of lime, and honey.

4. Place the corn in air fryer. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and tender.

5. While the corn is still hot, brush it generously with the chipotle lime butter mixture.

6. Sprinkle the air fried corn with chopped cilantro.

7. Serve the corn with extra lime wedges for squeezing over the top. Enjoy the smoky, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors of this delicious chipotle lime grilled corn!
